Volunteer Opportunities

 

As a non-profit organization and an ISU Student Organization, the YWCA Ames at ISU offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities. Whether you choose to volunteer for 5 hours or 50 hours, we welcome your time and your talents!

Volunteer opportunities include:

- Mentor for our Girls Power or CollegeBound Mentoring Programs

- Join our YWCA Student Club, "Talk Back", and find ways to advocate against social injustices

- If you are an international, join our International Friendship Fairs and help educate Ames and ISU on your culture

- Participate in Stand Against Racism or Week Without Violence

- Become a YWCA Board Member
